Welcome! I own and operate a private practice in NE Michigan where I provide counseling, coaching services, consultation, and neurofeedback to individuals with a range of needs and challenges. I am an addiction specialist and also contract with a local addiction agency. I offer individual in person counseling as well as some tele-health services to those with difficulty traveling, time management needs, or those looking for confidential services outside their own community. I am trained in EMDR and several other therapy models. I take a person centered approach and together we will decide what would best meet your needs.

Over the last 13 years I have worked in the child welfare system, I have worked with individuals with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and specialize in addiction and medication assisted treatment. I design programs for agencies and help with implementation. I design and provide trainings on a range of topics as needed by other professionals or families.
