Cynthia Hill-Jackson is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with over 20 years’ experience working with persons diagnosed with severe and pervasive mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual/developmental disabilities. Ms. Hill-Jackson received both her Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University and joined NEGC in 1989 serving as ACT Program Coordinator and advancing to Adult Services Clinical Program Director. As Vice President, Ms. Hill-Jackson oversees staffing, programming and leadership of all children’s and adult services.
